Top of the news this week was Great Britain’s record haul of 9 medals at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Istanbul. There were also wins for Keith Gerrard and Gemma Steel at the Inter-Counties Cross Country in Cofton Park, and for Antony Ford and Elle Baker at the Trafford 10k in Partington. [...]

In stark contrast to last year’s wet and wintry mudbath at Alton Towers, Parliament Hill was bathed in glorious sunshine for the 125th English National Cross Country Championships at the weekend.
